If Plaintiff submits an a mended complaint, Defendants must file their responsive pleading within 20 days. In the event Plaintiff fails to submit an amended complaint by February 29, 2012, the Court will evaluate Defendants motion to dismiss with regard to the remaining causes of action in the original complaint not dismissed by this Decision and Order.
