DECISION AND ORDER denying 11 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim; denying 19 Motion to Strike. The Court finds that Brighton Trading has made a sufficient claim to show standing under both the U.S. Constitution Article III and the forfeiture statute. Accordingly, the Governments motion to strike, ECF No. 19, is denied. Brighton Tradings motion to dismiss, ECF No. 11, is also denied. The Governments complaint is sufficient.Signed by Hon.
