Filing 38 DECISION & ORDER The plaintiffs' motion for sanctions and for summary judgment 31 is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiffs are entitled to an adverse inference instruction with respect to the destruction of relevant portions of the vi deo recording and the sweep sheets. Plaintiffs have demonstrated that there are no issues of fact that Linda's fall caused her injuries or as to the nature and severity of her injuries.
