Plaintiff's Title VII race and sex-based discrimination claims, and plaintiff's EPA claim concerning her engagement in the Black Belt Program, are dismissed. Plaintiff's first cause of action is dismissed, to the extent that it is based on allegations that plaintiff was denied promotions or particular job positions within Xerox, and that she was subjected to a hostile work environment. Plaintiff may proceed on her first cause of action only to the extent that it asserts a claim based on a denial of equal pay compared to similarly situated white male employees, on account of plaintiffs race and sex.
