ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Plaintiff has not prosecuted this action, nor has he responded to the Court's Order to Show Cause 10 . Due to Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's Orders, and because Plaintiff has not communicated wi th the Court in any fashion to explain or correct the noncompliance despite being warned of the consequences of failing to respond, I find that dismissal is appropriate, and this action is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court shall close this case. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 9/29/16.
