Filing 46 DECISION AND ORDER. On January 10, 2017, the Court issued a Decision and Order 45 that directed Plaintiff to file with the Court by April 14, 2017 a copy of the written consent of the United States Attorney General or a designee for Plaintiff to re apply for admission into the United States. This deadline has passed and Plaintiff has not communicated with the Court or filed any documents. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for Plaintiff's inability to prosecute. Defendant Philips and Tryon's Motion for Summary Judgment 29 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, Plaintiff's Motion to Appoint Counsel 36 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and Plaintiff's Motions for Preliminary Injunctions [37, 41] are DENIED AS MOOT. Further, Plaintiff is ORDERED to file with the Court a copy of the written consent of the United States Attorney General or her designee for Plaintiff to reapply for admission into the United States. If a copy of such w ritten consent is not filed on or before April 14, 2017, this action will be dismissed for Plaintiff's inability to prosecute this case. SO ORDERED.
