February 28, 2017	Filing 15 ORDER DISMISSING CASE. Plaintiff has not prosecuted this action and has not responded to the Court's Order to Show Cause 14 . Due to Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's Order, and because Plaintiff has not communicated with the Court to explain or correct the noncompliance despite being warned of the consequences of failing to respond, the Court finds that dismissal is appropriate, and this action is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
