Filing 11 DECISION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated, Coleman's 9 motion to submit supplemental authority is GRANTED and the Court has considered his submission and Defendants' 6 motion to dismiss is MOOT in light of the Court's dismissal of Coleman's amended complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e). If Coleman does not file the requisite motion by January 25, 2019, his amended complaint will be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(b)(ii) and this case will be closed without further order.
