DECISION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated, Defendant's motion for summary judgment, ECF No. 14 , is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Summary judgment is GRANTED to Defendant as to Plaintiff's claims that he suffered serious neck an d back injuries as a result of the accident. Summary judgment is DENIED as to Plaintiff's claim that he suffered a serious injury to his right knee as a result of the accident. Summary judgment is GRANTED to Defendant as to Plaintiff's claim that his neck, back, and knee injuries qualify as serious under the 90/180 category.
