May 20, 2019 Filing fee: $400.00, receipt number ROC011432. (BK)
May 16, 2019 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff is employed and receives income in the amount of $1768 per month. He currently temporarily resides with his sister, who fully covers his rent and utilities, and his only household expense is food, which is $250 per month. Even though plaintiff states that he is partially responsible for a minor child, he does not state if there are any additional expenses associated with his care for such child that he incurs. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until June 17, 2019 to (1) re-file his application using the Courts standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by June 17, 2019, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 5/16/19. (NNR)-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP-
