June 27, 2019 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that she is employed, received monthly income of $1880 in addition to government benefits, and resides with her mother and three minor children, only one of whom is financially depended on her. Plaintiff states that she is only supporting herself and one of her minor children, and indicates her monthly expenses to be $610 per month. It is unclear what, if any, additional expenses plaintiff has that are associated with the care for her minor child. Based on the information provided, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until July 29, 2019 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by July 29, 2019, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 6/27/19. (NNR)-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP-
