October 9, 2019 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed, and does not receive any support in the form of government assistance, child support, or other. She indicates that the only household expense she is responsible for is food in the amount $350, however, she does not explain how she is paying for such expense as requested by paragraph # 9 of her application since she does not receive any income. Plaintiff also states that another individual resides in her household who contributes to household expenses, while at the same time indicating that such individual is, in fact, dependent on her for support. If such individual is contributing towards plaintiff's expenses, she should specify the expense and monthly amount that is being paid by him as prescribed by paragraph # 10 of plaintiff's application. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until November 8, 2019 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by November 8, 2019, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon. Frank P. Geraci, Jr. on 10/9/19. (NNR)-CLERK TO FOLLOW UP-
