TEXT ORDER. Plaintiff, a "prisoner" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(h), has submitted a complaint, by counsel, seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. 1983. (Dkt. 1). The filing fee has been paid and the summons and complaint have been served on the defendants. (Dkt. 4). The complaint has been reviewed by the Court with respect to the 28 U.S.C. 1915A criteria, and the Court finds that Plaintiff's claims are sufficient to proceed.
