Plaintiff indicates that he is employed and makes $1000 per month in income, $1008 in retirement and $87 per month in food stamps. Plaintiff resides in his fiancee's house that is paid for, and incurs monthly expenses of $517 in car payment and insurance, utilities and food that is being paid for by food stamps. Because of the funds available in Plaintiff's bank account, monthly income and expenses, the Court cannot determine whether Plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, Plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until August 12, 2020 to (1) re-file his application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee. If Plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by August 12, 2020, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon. Frank P.
