Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint as directed above by forty-five (45) days from the date of this Order. A copy of this Order along with a copy of the original Complaint, a blank 1983 complaint form, and the instructions for preparing an amended complaint; have been mailed to the Plaintiff. In the event Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint as directed, the Complaint is dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted, and the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case as dismissed without further order of the court.
