Filing fee: $400.00, receipt number BUF069951. (BK) |
Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed and receives government benefits. She has one minor depended, however, she estimates that she contributes approximately $600 per month in food and clothing to support the dependent. Plaintiff does not indicate any other monthly expenses that she incurs, or how she contributes to such expenses. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until November 7, 2020 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $400.00 filing fee.
