Filing 5 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed, but receives an income from a business, as well as food stamps. Plaintiff also indicates that she resides with a partner, who is employed full-time, and whose monthly income is $2,000. Plaintiffs owns a house and a vehicle, and estimates her monthly expenses not covered by the government assistance she receives to be $1,150. Plaintiff does not have any dependents. Based on the Court's review of plaintiff's monthly income and expenses, the Court finds that plaintiff has not put forth sufficient indications of indigency, and therefore, her motion is denied. Plaintiff has until April 9, 2021 to pay the $402.00 filing fee. If plaintiff does not pay the filing fee or otherwise seek relief from this Order by April 9, 2021, the Clerk of Court will dismiss this case without prejudice without further order. Signed by Hon.
