| Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed, receives child support and food stamps, and resides with a partner and three minor children. Some of plaintiff's monthly expenses are covered by the government benefits she receives, however, her application is silent as to the monthly income of her partner making it impossible to determine plaintiff's ability to contribute to the remaining expenses. It is also unclear whether plaintiff has included the expenses associated with her care of the three children and the vehicle in her application. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency. Thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until June 22, 2022 to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $402.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by June 22, 2022, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon.
