Filing 3 DECISION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed in Forma Pauperis #2 is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Amended Complaint is due on or before September 5, 2022. If Plaintiff does not file an Amended Complaint as directed, the following shall occur without further order of the Court: (1) all claims, as described herein, shall be dismissed with prejudice; (2) the Clerk of Court shall close this case; (3) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a), any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals as a poor person is denied.
