DECISION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to add "University of Rochester" and "Strong Memorial Hospital" as defendants. Plaintiff's amended complaint (ECF No. 3) is DISMISSED IN PART WITH PREJUDICE with respect to all ADA claims against Stefanie Lauth, John Spuhler, and Adel Afridi, and the Clerk of Court is directed to terminate those defendants from the case. The amended complaint, insofar as it pertains to Plaintiff's ADA claims against the University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital for (1) failure to accommodate and (2) discriminatory termination, shall proceed to service. The Clerk of Court is directed to forward copies of the Summons, amended complaint, and this Order to the United States Marshal Service for service upon Defendants University of Rochester and Strong Memorial Hospital without Plaintiff's payment, with unpaid fees to be recoverable if this action terminates by monetary award in Plaintiff's favor.
