TEXT ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO RECUSE [ECF No. 3]: On March 15, 2023, the Court received Plaintiffs letter motion [ECF No. 3] objecting to Judge Siragusa's assignment to this case, seeking Judge Siragusa's recusal, and asking that this case be assigned outside of the Western District of New York.
