| Filing 4 DECISION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis is GRANTED, but for the reasons set forth in the Order, Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B), in that Plaintiff is granted leave to file an amended complaint against Safa Robinson-Ferrer and the Robinson Law Firm by October 6, 2023, in which she includes the necessary allegations regarding her claims, if they exist, as directed in the Order, and in a manner that complies with Rules 8 and 10 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. In the event Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint by October 6, 2023, the complaint will be dismissed without prejudice and the Clerk of Court shall close this case without further order.The Clerk of Court is directed to: (1) send to Plaintiff copies of this (a) order, (b) the Non-Prisoner Complaint Form, and (c) Amended Complaint Instructions; (2) add the Robinson Law Firm as a Defendant; and (3) amend the case caption to include Defendant "the Robinson Law Firm."
