March 21, 2024 Filing 5 DECISION AND ORDER: Plaintiff's #4 motion to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. By April 22, 2024, Plaintiff shall either pay the required filing fee or, if he would like another opportunity to substantiate his claimed financial hardship, file renewed motions to proceed in forma pauperis, which must fully detail his financial circumstances, including his monthly expenses, if any, and additional details regarding his other assets. That is, along with detailing his monthly income, the amount of money he has on hand or in his bank accounts, and the value of his other property, Plaintiff must also state his monthly household expenses including rent or mortgage, food, utilities, and any other expenses. He must also state whether other members of the household, if any, contribute to those expenses each month.The Court hereby warns Plaintiff that if he again fails to comply with the Court's order to fully detail his financial circumstances, he will not receive another opportunity to proceed in forma pauperis in these actions. He will instead be required to pay the filing fee.The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a copy of this Decision & Order, along with a blank "in forma pauperis application" form. If Plaintiff fails to either pay the required filing fee or submit renewed motions by the above deadline, the Court will direct the Clerk of Court to administratively terminate each action without filing the Complaint or assessing a filing fee.
