March 21, 2024 Filing 4 TEXT ORDER denying #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis as incomplete. Plaintiff indicates that she is not employed and receives food stamps in the amount $297.00 per month. She also indicates that her spouse receives unemployment benefits, which appear, although unclear, to be $418.00 per month. She identifies her monthly expenses to be $1,841.00, and considering her family's income, it is unclear what additional sources of income plaintiff has to support herself. Plaintiff does not have funds in any of her bank accounts and except for her husband, does not receive financial support from others. Based on the lack of sufficient information, the Court cannot determine whether plaintiff has set forth sufficient indications of indigency, thus, plaintiff's in forma pauperis motion is DENIED. Plaintiff has until April 22, 2024, to (1) re-file her application using the Court's standard form with all of the relevant information included, or (2) pay the $405.00 filing fee. If plaintiff has not complied with either of these options by April 22, 2024, the Clerk of Court is directed to dismiss this case without prejudice and without further order. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford on 3/21/24. (NNR)Clerk to Follow up
