Filing 7 JUDGMENT dismissing action. Signed by Clerk of Court on 5/6/2024. (TF)This was mailed to: Plaintiffs Allahs kitchen llc and Knowledge Allah. |
Filing 6 TEXT ORDER. On March 27, 2024, the Court entered an Order to Show Cause (Dkt. 5) observing that it did not appear that it had subject matter jurisdiction over the claims presented in the amended complaint. Plaintiffs were instructed to show cause in writing by no later than April 24, 2024, as to why the matter should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. They failed to do so, despite having been expressly warned that such failure would result in the dismissal of this action. Further, on April 1, 2024, their check for the civil filing fee was returned for insufficient funds. For these reasons, and the reasons set forth in the Order to Show Cause, it is hereby ordered that this action is dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford on 05/03/2024. (CDH) (A copy of this Text Order was mailed to Plaintiffs)Clerk to Follow up |
