MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part (241) Motion for Protective Order [(81) Motion for Protective Order]; granting in part and denying in part (242) Motion to Quash in case 1:07-cv-00258; [(82) Motion to Quash in case 1:08-cv-00 026] to the extent that the discovery at issue shall be limited as set forth herein. The plaintiff made an oral motion for a brief extension of the expert disclosure deadline. All defense counsel stated that they did not oppose such extension. Accord ingly, the Court GRANTED the plaintiffs oral motion for an extension. The plaintiff shall have until and including October 7, 2008, to make his expert disclosures and the defendants shall have until and including November 6, 2008, to make their exper t disclosures. As to each of these three motions [Docs. 253, 254, 260], the involved parties are DIRECTED to meet and confer as to the motions and to advise the Court on or before September 30, 2008, as to whether a hearing on the motions is needed.
