Specifically, the Court deems the arbitration agreement enforc eable, with the exception of the twenty-day time limitation. The Court ORDERS that the time-limit provision be SEVERED from the agreement, to the extent Plaintiffs ability to participate in arbitration is premised on him acting within the requisite twenty-day time period.
