Filing 22 MEMORANDUM; For the foregoing reasons, the Court will GRANT IN PART and DENY IN PART Defendants motion to dismiss Plaintiffs amended complaint (Court File No. 13). Plaintiffs Title VII, THRA, and § 1983 claims against the I ndividual Defendants are dismissed. Plaintiffs § 1983 claims against the State Defendants are dismissed. Finally, Plaintiffs Title VII and THRA claims against the State Defendants remain with the exception of Plaintiffs retaliation claim, which will be dismissed. An Order shall enter.
