MEMORANDUM: the Court concludes Keller has failed to establish a violation of his rights under the United States Constitution and will GRANT Defendants' motion (Court File No. 14). There being no federal claims remaining, th e Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Keller's state law claims and will REMAND this case to Bradley County Chancery Court for disposition of Keller's remaining claims.Signed by District Judge Curtis L Collier on 6/20/2014.
