MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the above reasons, the Court finds Plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis(Doc. 3) is GRANTED. However, the Court further finds that Plaintiff does not allege any factsthat rise to a constitutional v iolation due to delayed medical treatment.
