MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Warden and Custodian of Inmate Accounts at USP Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia, and to the Commissioner of the Bureau of Prisons to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiffs inmate trust accounts complies with that portion of the Prison Litigation Reform Act relating to payment of the filing fees. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to forward a copy of this Memorandum and Order to the Courts f inancial deputy.
