MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Unum was required only to reasonably interpret its policy and to provide reasonedexplanations for its conclusions. It has done so in this case. Therefore, Unum's denial of longterm benefits was not arb itrary and capricious. For the reasons set forth, Lewis's motion for judgment on the administrative record (Doc. 21 ) is DENIED.
