Filing 3 ORDER: The Court cannot assess the merits of Plaintiff's IFP Motion without a copy of Plaintiffs inmate trust account, the Clerks Office is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a blank, court-approved form to fill out and return to the Court. In addition, Plaintiff is DIRECTED to show this Order to the Hamilton County Jail administrators, who are hereby DIRECTED to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account completes and signs the certificate and provides Plaintiff with the certified copy of the necessary documents. Plaintiff shall have thirty (30) days from the date of this Order to pay the full filing fee or to submit the required documents. Plaintiff is NOTIFIED that if he fails to fully comply with this Order within the time required, the Court shall presume that Plaintiff is not a pauper, shall assess the full amount of fees, and shall order the case dismissed for want of prosecution.
