May 20, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 8 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER; Only Plaintiff's claim for injunctive relief arising out of his allegation that Defendant Unit Manager Rather violated his constitutional rights by not reasonably addressing his allegations that a fellow inmate had threatened Plaintiff's life, had a knife, and had tampered with his own cell door in a manner that allowed him to open it from within in a manner that created an ongoing threat to Plaintiff's safety will proceed here in. All other claims and Defendants are DISMISSED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for Defendant Unit Manager Rather.
