ORDER granting #6 Motion to Amend/Correct; Plaintiff is ORDERED to file her amended complaint within seven (7) days of entry this Order. Plaintiffs amended complaint must comply with the requirements of the local rules. For instance, under Local Rule 15.1, [a]ny amendment to a pleading, whether filed as a matter of course or upon a motion to amend, shall, except by leave of Court, reproduce the entire pleading as amended and may not incorporate any prior pleading by reference. A failure to comply with this rule may be grounds for denial of the motion. E.D. Tenn. L.R. 15.1. Once the amended complaint is filed, it will be the operative pleading, not the original complaint or the motion to amend.The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a blank summons for each Defendant she seeks to sue in her original complaint and in her motion to amend. It is Plaintiffs responsibility to ensure that each Defendant receives proper service of the summons and the complete, amended complaint. Plaintiff is FOREWARNED that failure to timely complete service of the summons and amended complaint could jeopardize her prosecution of this action and result in the dismissal of her claims.
