ORDER: Although the Court has subsequently found this case related to Case No. 1:19-CV-149 also filed in this District the Court has not ordered that related case consolidated with this case at this point. Therefore, the instant action is currently a free-standing lawsuit and will proceed accordingly without regard to the occurrences of other cases. The Court DECLINES to recognize the parties' stipulation to stay this matter. Of course, the parties are free to file such further motions as they deem appropriate, requesting the Court to stay this lawsuit, for good cause shown, and the Court will address the parties' request through such a motion.
