For good cause shown, the motion [Doc. 10] is GRANTED. It is hereby ORDERED that Wal-Mart Stores East, L.P., shall be substituted for Walmart, Inc., as the defendant in this case, and that Walmart, Inc., shall be dismissed without prejudice.
