For good cause shown, the parties' Joint Motion to Stay [Doc. 14] and Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Complaint [Doc. 15] are GRANTED. The case is STAYED pending the Sixth Circuit's decision in Does #1-9 v. William Lee, et al., No. 23-5248 (6th Cir. 2023). The parties shall file a status report within thirty days of the Sixth Circuit's mandate in that case, and Defendants shall respond to the Complaint within fourteen days after the stay is lifted.
