Filing 13 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER; it has come to the Court's attention recently that plaintiff submitted a letter, received on January 20, 2009, notifying the Court that his address had changed from the WCDS to the Brushy Mountain Correcti onal Complex. The Clerk is DIRECTED to file the letter notice as of the date it was received and to mail copies of the Scheduling Order, Memorandum, and Judgment Order, to plaintiff at his Brushy Mountain address. If plaintiff still wishes to proceed in this matter, he may file a motion for relief from a judgment or order. Finally, plaintiff is advised that, if he decides to file such a motion or to take any other action to revive his lawsuit, he should do so within seven days of receipt of this order. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 6/8/10. (KDO) |
