Filing 12 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 2 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Defendant Nationstar Mortgage LLC. For the reasons given in this memorandum the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act claim is DISMISSED. The defendants motion to dism iss all counts is GRANTED. As such, this Court need not address the defendants motion in relation to the damages claim. In addition, this Court ordered the plaintiff to show that Defendant Mortgage Solutions of Knoxville, Inc. was properly served. The plaintiff failed to do so.
