Because plaintiff has failed to state a claim against defendants and has sued defendants who enjoy various types of immunity from damages, t his lawsuit will be DISMISSED by separate order. Based on the above discussion, the Court FINDS that any appeal taken in this matter would not be taken in good faith, 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3); therefore, should plaintiff file a notice of appeal, he is DENIED leave to proceed on appeal in forma pauperis.Finally, all pending motions are DENIED as moot.
