MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ; the motions to strike plaintiff's demand for trial by jury, 29 and 59 , are GRANTED. This ruling applies to the defendant CW Capital Asset Management, LLC, notwithstanding that it did not file a writte n motion to strike plaintiff's jury demand.
