MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER Directing Monthly Payments be made from Prison Account of Roy Allen Treadway. Plaintiff is ASSESSED the civil filing fee of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00), and this action will be DISMI SSED WITH PREJUDICE for want of prosecution pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
