Filing 92 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court holds that the plaintiffs have failed to sufficiently allege that the defendants were part of an enterprise that conducted a pattern of racketeering activity or that there was a conspiracy to commit a RICO violation as alleged in Counts 1 and 2 of the Amended Complaint and these counts are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The remaining claims of Counts 3 through 17 are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. See Order for details. Signed by District Judge J Ronnie Greer on 09/08/2016. (AMP) |
