September 8, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 92 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court holds that the plaintiffs have failed to sufficiently allege that the defendants were part of an enterprise that conducted a pattern of racketeering activity or that there was a conspiracy to commit a RICO violation as alleged in Counts 1 and 2 of the Amended Complaint and these counts are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
