MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, pursuant to the Rooker-Feldman doctrine, Counts One and Two of the complaint asking the Court to set aside state court default judgments and order restitution for amounts p aid on those judgments are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Additionally, the plaintiffs have failed to state a claim under the FDCPA and Counts Three through Nine of the complaint are also hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. See Order for details.
