MEMORANDUM OPINION: Because this claim is without merit for the reasons stated above, the Court holds petitioner's conviction and sentencing were not in violation of the Constitution or laws of the United States. Accordingly, her motion to vacate, set aside or correct her sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, [Doc. 173], will be DENIED and her motion DISMISSED.
