Nonetheless, Plaintiff will be ASSESSED the filing fee of three hundred andfifty dollars ($350), and shall follow the procedures as outlined in this Order; Defendants Lee, Shelton, and Lundy will be DISMISSED as parties to this action. Plaintiffs retaliation claims will. This act ion will proceed as to Plaintiffs Eighth Amendment claims against Defendants ONeil, Clark, and Vaught.
