MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER, re 16 First MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Edith Fern Beckett, 21 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Social Security Administration, Commissioner of. Accordingly, Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings [Doc. 16] is GRANTED, the Defendant's motion for summary judgment [Doc. 21 ] is DENIED.
