MEMORANDUM OPINION: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motions for summary judgment [Docs. 40 & 43] will be GRANTED, and this action will be DISMISSED. Defendants motion to dismiss this action for Plaintiff's failure to file a pretrial narrative [Doc. 60] will be DENIED as moot. The Court hereby CERTIFIES that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Thus, should Plaintiff file a notice of appeal, this Court will DENY Plaintiff leave to appeal in forma pauperis. Signed by District Judge Clifton L Corker on 11/13/2019.
