June 10, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 22 ORDER AND JUDGMENT granting 16 Motion for Attorney Fees; adopting Report and Recommendations re 21 Report and Recommendations. This matter is before the Court on United States Magistrate Judge Clifton L. Corker's Report a nd Recommendation [Doc. 21]. Magistrate Judge Corker recommends the Court grant Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney Fees. [Doc. 16]. None of the parties has timely objected to the Report and Recommendation. After carefully reviewing the record, the Court agrees with Magistrate Judge Corker's recommendation. The Court therefore ACCEPTS IN WHOLE the Report and Recommendation under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b). For the reasons in the Report and Recommen dation, which the Court adopts and incorporates into this Order, Plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees [Doc. 16] is GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiffs counsel recover from Defendant Hillcrest, Davidson, and Associates LLC the amount of $3,250.00 in attorney's fees. November 15, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 14 ORDER AND JUDGMENT granting 11 Motion for Default Judgment; adopting Report and Recommendations re 13 Report and Recommendations. After carefully reviewing the record, the Court agrees with Magistrate Judge Corker's recom mendation. The Court therefore ACCEPTS IN WHOLE the Report and Recommendation. For the reasons in the Report and Recommendation, which the Court adopts and incorporates into this Order, Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment [Doc. 11] is GRANTE D. It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff Harold Hayworth recover from Defendant Hillcrest, Davidson, and Associates LLC the amount of $1,000.00 plus post- judgment interest at 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a)'s rate.
